 _{ABOUT THE FAIR:}

 _{BUILDING UP and DISMANTLING:}
Building up and stand decoration:
Sunday, June 14^th 2009 from 07.00 till 09.00 hours
Dismantling:
Sunday, June 14^th, directly after the exhibition till 19.00. The fair terrain has to be empty and clean at 20:00 hours.

  _SECURITY:
There will be no extra security at the fair.
The organisation is not be taken responsible for damages, loss, thefts, etc. which took place during or after closing of the “Valkerij & Natuurbeurs”.

 _{LOADING - UNLOADING and PARKING:}
We will supply a special parking ticket valuable for entering the fairground with your vehicle. We kindly ask you to park your car outside the fairground area (behind the grounds you will find a large parking place), directly after you have finished unloading, so other participants will have the possibility to unload their car as well.  

 _{ENTRANCE TICKETS PARTICIPANTS:}
In 2009 we will supply entrance tickets according to the size of your stand as you’ll find on the page

 _{ENTRANCE TICKETS for GUESTS OF YOUR COMPANY:}
Special entrance tickets can be ordered via the Organisation. Price per ticket € 5,00 excl. VAT.
We kindly request you to order these entrance tickets, before May 1^st.

 _{PRODUCT SALES:}
It is allowed to sell your products during the fair.
Not allowed is selling high percentage alcohol. The organisation has the right to disqualify every participant selling these items directly to the public during the fair.

 _CATERING:
During the fair there will be different types of catering stands. During the building up period there will be coffee and tea available for participants and their staff, free of charge.

 _{WASTE / LITTER:}
Together we do produce a lot of litter during the Valkerij & Natuurbeurs.
Please take care of all the waste during and after the fair; we kindly ask you to place it into the bins.

 _QUESTIONS:

 _{CANCELLATIONS:}
Till March 15th: 50% of the total rent for the stand.
Till 10 days before the event: 75% of the total rent for the stand.
After this period: 100% of the rent has to be paid.

 _{RESPONSIBILITY:}
During the fair the organisation will do it utmost to protect your properties. The organisation accepts no responsibility for damage to vehicles and or goods, neither for transactions between participants and or third parties.
It is not allowed to rent out your stand or a part of your stand to a third party, without written permission of the organisation.
